Order of Adjectives
In today's blog I am going to be reiterating rules in regards to how we order adjectives. After you review these rules you will be asked to label what kinds of adjectives are used in my examples. Finally, you will form two sentences in coordination with what we have learned about adjectives.
Vocab:
reiterating- repeating, going over a topic
in regards to- to have a connection with
adjectives-words that describe or modify a noun
review- to go over information once more
form- create
in coordination with- using information that has been given or taught to you
Adjective rules:

Adjective rules:
- General before specific
- Opinion before description
Specific rules for order of adjectives (typically full proof besides a few exceptions)
- Article (A)
- Size (small)
- Shape (rectangular)
- Color (black)
- Origin (Turkish)
- Material (wooden)
- Use (dinner)
- Noun (table)
Directions: Underneath each adjective label what it is considered (For example the word gigantic would be referring to size)
Ex: The large circular green Ecuadorian metal serving spoon
Ex: A tiny square turquoise English porcelain doll.
Activity 2: Form two sentences including adjectives, label what each of your adjectives are considered.
